With Apple Music Replay, you can view a year in review of the songs you’ve listened to on Apple Music. We’ll tell you how and where to find the function.
As the year draws to a close, many music fans want to look back at their most-listened artists, songs and albums. The music apps from Apple or Spotify can help with this. Both music streaming services provide you with a summary of the tracks you have listened to particularly often.
This also includes other statistics, such as the total amount of time you have listened to music or your favorite artists. We’ll tell you how to find the Apple Music Replay overview and what it reveals about you and your listening habits.
Apple Music Replay: review of the year only via browser
To find the Apple Music Replay review, you first need to open the app on your smartphone or laptop. From there, go to the “Listen now” tab. In an area specially created for these playlists, you will find an overview of your most-listened songs and other statistics under “Replay”.
Your standard browser will open, where you will need to log in with your Apple ID (if you haven’t already done so). Now you can scroll through your musical year and guess which tracks and artists have made it onto the list. You can also go directly to the official Apple website in your browser.
Own playlist in the “Replay” area of the app
Unfortunately, the overview cannot be shared completely with friends or family. Apple only offers a small image with the most important key figures. You can also find the corresponding playlist in the “Replay” section of the app. The top 100 songs are listed here with their respective rank.
For all those who are interested in their year in music, there might be one or two surprises in store. For example, I have a song in second place that I only added two months ago.
