Apple recently presented its new iPhones. However, the two most expensive models, the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max, do not seem to run smoothly. Numerous users complain about massive problems with the camera. Apple again promises a remedy, but that might take some time.
iPhone 14 Pro with massive camera problems
The iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max are considered Apple’s new flagships on the smartphone market. Above all, the steep price of around 1,300 Euros (~$1300) rightly stirs up some expectations among customers. However, the two most expensive new Apple smartphones do not seem to run smoothly.
Shortly after delivery last Friday (September 20, 2022), numerous users complained about problems with the 48-megapixel main camera. For example, users cannot take photos and videos within apps like Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.

For a few days now, numerous posts have been circulating on social media in which those affected demonstrate the problem. According to them, the camera of the smartphones would vibrate uncontrollably and spin around as soon as users accessed it within various apps.
In some cases, the camera is even said to move inside the casing. A grinding or dragging noise is said to be heard. In turn, only blurry pictures are visible on the screen.
iPhone 14: Apple vows improvement
Meanwhile, Apple admitted the problems to the Bloomberg news agency. However, the US company did not go into detail about the exact causes. The company did, however, say that it wants to investigate the problem and is planning an update. However, this could still take a few days.
So far, the error has apparently only occurred in the iPhone 14 Pro and the Max model. The problem does not seem to occur in Apple’s in-house camera app so far. Although the hardware is also affected, it could still be a bug on the software level.
